The filing on the potential reverse split seems odd to me. Why would they file such a form knowing it would discourage investors - especially at a time when they would like the price to be higher for potentially going on other boards - makes no sense. Possibly they might have a concern over a takeover and this is a poison pill. If so I think it could pop should they not exercise this option. Time will tell but it is a thought anyways. I have a feeling something could happen sooner rather than later but in the next two weeks - that would be anyones guess.
