Alright. Let's leave it all that. We see the world differently. In my view an insider who instructed his broker to put in an order to buy 18 dollars worth of shares would trip flags. Unless of course they were buying their grandchild a gift, or something. Even then, you'd have to think the grandchild would have preferred the cash in lieu of the cost including the commission.
