Hey, I've been meaning to post something for the benefit of those that have raised some questions about this.

Some may consider it off topic, but I don't feel that way so I'll risk it.

The $MINE ticker can and probably will continue to trade for months and even years without and active CEO or operating company.

I actually own one of these OTC bad boys. It wasn't because of poor management or operating funds. It was do to the devastation of the the oil industry in Texas. The stress on the CEO, among other things could have caused the heart attack that physically killed him. That was over a year ago and no one has stepped in to run the company. Still trading...
