Someone had to go over the NOBO or shareholders list, the I/O sheet, the A-2 list and the transfer list to try and get accurate numbers.

There were restricted shares going back to 1999.

I am not a shareholder - I have no vested interest other than protecting shareholders from further abuse.

I seriously doubt you have ever seen the raw data from a transfer agent - it takes a great deal of time starting with the NOBO list.

So that is exactly how I how the share structure much better than the Transfer agent.

Although the O/S will be 470,312,225 - this includes the restricted shares as well as the shares under a Administrative Restriction - plus, Restricted Control shares and shares with a Administrative Stop on them.

So the O/S is much smaller but it can't be reported until the Admin restricted shares are cancelled.
