No. NMKT is owning a majority % of the new company, of which Intercell contributes nothing but liabilities (and a public listing). NMKT will not own 100% of NMKT China now...only a majority %...with the balance in the hands of Intercell shareholders. Phil gave away part of NMKT China in exchange for a public listing, $400k in unfunded current liabilities and a company that was rejected for Chapt 11 protection. Quite a deal.
