Here are more details - you missed because they weren't included.

On 09/03/2013 there were 1,608,374,630 shares in the O/S.

On 10/07/2014 there was a 1:1000 reverse split and the O/S was 1,608,756 in the O/S.

On 01/21/2015 Ross issued himself, Longoria, Berio... 400,000 shares - but failed to disclose this in the financials.

The total number of shares issued to Ruppert and Pamela is 237,128,179.
