JRjr likes to talk about agel being on a upward trajectory just like he used to talk about Longaberger having bottomed out (no kidding, they are on record saying that on multiple times on investor calls). agel CEO Jenson was (I believe) fired a few years ago on charges of fraud. How bringing back someone like that is a positive puzzles me. Anyway he has been back for almost 6 months and JRjr talked about how the company is seeing a surge. But no cigar! Yet. agel continues to experience severe product shortages and have lost many many top leaders. JRJR is trying to slide out of paying bonuses and awards they promised their Distributors. Their big skin care launch from ONE YEAR ago has not even sold their small first production run! So much for a blockbuster. Has someone heard an update regarding the big tax issue (sword dangling above them) in Spain? And how does the Herbalife FTC directive affect agel?
