Truthfully I haven't looked at the OTCM information until 2 minutes ago - the A/S is correct.

So according to you if it is on OTCM it must be true - I don't care what is on the OTCM and I am 100% certain that isn't a high priority for Kim. I doubt he knows the TA is gagged.

Don't be scared - pick up the phone and call Kim and voice your concerns complaints. I don't understand why a few shareholders never can place a phone call to ask questions - hell I do it all of the time.

As of 07/14/2016 the O/S is 470,312,225.

On 02/23/2016 the O/S was 694,312,225.

Here are the cancellations - I have removed the names for privacy issues:

Just call Kim - and post what he tells you about your concerns over the share structure and OTCM.
