Do you know when this will be trading again. I have etrade and they still show my previous share count.

Is this not trading until they know the conversion rate? It says 1:1800 but then it says 27.6b to 1.5m after the r/s. Isn't that 1:18000?

Which is it? Or help me understand the math.
