THERE IS NO NEW BUYS PER SE THOSE ARE THE VIRTUALLY WORTHLESS WARRANTS CONVERTED INTO SHARES AND DUMPED. SO IN ESSENCE THIS IS WHERE THE GROCERY STORE"S MILLIOBNS IN CASH LOOTED FROM THE INVESTORS IS BEING SPENT on the worthless converted shares which they (VPCO) are obligated under the law to exchange. READ THE 10Q's the 8K's its all right there . This stock is toast over nothing to see here folks move on.
