'shotgun' If indeed the buzz turns out to be correct, they are SPECULATING that the buyout would be around 40Cents P/S in MEAOF. This of course, is much better than the present worthless 7Cents valuation that makes little sense, but is probably related to a "Me-First" style type management. GLTA. Play it as you see it.
