I believe that ownership claim is open to dispute. Obviously Palatin claims otherwise and over the years CTT has never made a clear and convincing case that they own anything. The basic molecules and everything that has been developed over the past 10-15 years may no longer have any relationship to whatever CTT had and bungled. If you are pinning your hopes on this one, you may have a very long wait and little reward, much like the long wait for medicare approvals and insurance codes for a certain product developed in Italy
