I like your thinking. The offering may dampen things for a bit and I wouldn't be surprised to see another offering as usually with FDA approvals you see multiple offerings.
Even if it pulls back to say $54 by EOW, $60s are coming IMO. A sniff of any sort of merger or buyout....$75.
Curiously though the $55 and $56 PUT action yesterday was very high.....gonna get burned though IMO.
