There is extreme criticism because we've been consistently lied to by management, and the company is broke. It cannot get funding from anyone but Cadwell, and that well is going to dry up soon.
It has nothing whatsoever to do with being a penny stock. It isn't even yet a penny stock but a sub-penny one. It has to do with the fact that investors have been cheated out of their money by a CEO who already has a terrible track record running companies. The 2nd submission denial was in all likelihood leaked a week before it was officially announced, allowing insiders privy to this information to get out and tank the stock in the process.
No one but die-hard investors trusts JK and his team to do right by this technology. As such, and given the upcoming R/S next month, this stock is headed right to the toilet where it will be treated to a vicious swirlee.
