Sylvia...you are absolutely correct! Unfortunately, a very high percentage of the penny stocks, particularly the "pinkies", have been set up to do BAD things to real believing investors! As a percentage of the total, a very small percent of the penny stock companies are real! Most have a very special "angle" on making millions!

There are those of us who care about our "neighbors" and there are some, such as Schramm and his cohorts, plus a myriad of the penny stock CEO's and "money persons", who don't give a damn about how they rip-off the unsuspecting!

Somebody has YOUR money and those persons don't feel the least bit bad about it!

Sylvia if you think this is bad, you should see what happens in my country. For the most part everything is a scam here in Russia. I usually only invest in US and German blue chip companies. I took a very small position in this XLIT thing because I didn't trust it. I'm outraged such a thing goes on in America. You have to realize, money is the great curruptor, unfortunately this XLIT was a scam from the very first day.
