ok this is why a lot of posters are baffled > the pps has not ticked down to 0.0001 despite news of 15 billion share increase

i too am wondering why it has remained at 0.0002 constant with billions trading over last few weeks or more

it only makes sense that someone or something does not want bid to reach 0.0001 nor does it wish for it to go up to 0.0003 >>>>> it seems very happy to keep the heat turned up and buy as many twos as legally possible that are trading in the float (and this is one large float)

you see if it would go to 0.0001 that competition would be fierce > so it stays at twos by manipulating bid/ask

we might be witnessing a buying of majority ownership of shares in progress > it may be one group or one person or ????????

you see their are parameters involved in owning or controlling shares in the OTC , and this can be verified easily enough just do your own research

well just think about this toby announced a share increase to 15 billion in addition to what was already either outstanding or authorized , this brings a total of 20 billion A/S

their are some things that currently bother me about a majority stake-holder purchasing shares in the open market > but still i believe this can be something to at least consider as a possibility for the crazy actions lately during the trading sessions involving TBEV

this company is ran from the pulpit of the rules of the SEC and i am still having more discussions with others that too have their theory's as to what might or might not be going on here !!!!!!!!!!!!!
