I had read somewhere that the company wants to raise the AS 100 million in case ECPN does a joint venture. Money would also be used to keep mining ore and proving the concept to potential suitors. Also the increase in AS could be used as a poison pill in case another company tries to take over.
What you said about the 25 million makes some sense regarding reducing the float. However, this bridge financing outfit won't hold forever.
Lets just get a buyout and be done with it. lol
$180 million contract is a lot. So is 500 million AS.
