That filing looks like they might have been approached again. Yuval already implied they had been approached in the past and they said no. But everyone has a price. This guy's job is to get that price ;)
The short term tender offer is however looking less likely given the cooling of price action and volume lately. Today's trading looks more like normal profit taking.
