they don't have any money, they are not producing enough revenues to come even close to meeting their burn rate

they are in default on a million dollar note that converts at 35% discount to the market with no floor

to expect them to overcome these obstacles by entering into a market that is already being fulfilled by established providers is a bit naive

they will no longer be able to raise money at .50 because the market is already there.
