OMG, I can't believe Forceone1 is asking to specify in detail. Let's start with the patents: the USPTO website shows Mehrak Hamzeh as the inventor with assignment to Globaltel Media (GTM). San Diego County court records show 11 court actions against GTM, even being sued by Flowpay Corporation. Apptech's most recent quarterly statement refers to "an agreement to purchase a judgement against an individual and a company that had previously developed several several fundamental mobile payment technology patents... yada, yada, yada. Seems pretty clear that this disclosure refers to judgements against GTM and Robert Sanchez. AppTech is seeking to purchase the judgement for $1,533,914. So, Apptech never had and still does not have title to the mobile payment patents as it had previously claimed.
I think it's best to ask Forceone1, can you tell us ONE THING that Apptech has done that it said it was going to do? Just one thing.
