There is NO WAY IN HELL David Kugelman said anything remotely similar to that on the phone and or anywhere else for that matter, simply not true... LCLP has had an impeccable record of disclosing all material news and I highly doubt something that big would be kept from the public and leaked by an IR professional. There is no MERIT to this at all.
