Of course the numbers are what they are. I get that. And I also understand it takes awhile for a commercialization to roll out.

In my opinion, the sales numbers are material, nonpublic information. Disclosing them through a CNBC article is just not right, and borderline legal. Much more appropriate, and in compliance with SEC rules, to disclose in a press release, after the market closes etc. Such a disclosure could have given thoughtful context to the numbers, and mentioned the additional steps Braeburn is taking to correct the issues (obtaining pre-authorization for doctors, $1,500 co-pay reimbursement for patients and the recently announced clinical trial to show implant users have a higher quality of life when compared with sublingual users). Instead, the disclosure was colored by Ms. Sheldon's disappointment.
