here's the thing .. having watched that interview with Mr. Cooperman last spring

his scathing comments about stock manipulation of US Equities .. rang totally true
.. and he laid the blame squarely at the feet of the SEC .. something i also totally agree with

which is why i found it so *telling* that the street's handmaidens (CNBC) didn't *post* the video

Scott Wapner (about 5 mins ago) got off the phone with Mr. Cooperman and *paraphrasing* here
SEC *offered to settle* with Omega .. which is what they do *frequently* .. it will be interesting
to see what comes to pass with Mr. Cooperman's defense being publicly known .. it will not surprise
me if Mr. Cooperman is totally vindicated .. other more *vulnerable* entities usually need to *settle*
so that the financial burden isn't ruinous
