Company needs funding, much better news flow and get the insiders off the ask for a while and it goes up .not to mention the 1 tick flippers and muted volume....gmer needs 100 mill plus volume to make moves now..maybe 001s again but likely not before that happens...company might be planning on no bid though to use that as the excuse why they must R/S the stock
