I believe POW! owns the rights to the Stan Lee name, not Mind Bright Productions.

It looks like the statue of limitations is three years (just in case Ball Wars turns out to be as popular as Pokemon Go). Unless Stan and Gill step up their game, we might have to make money anyway we can.
