the reason it was moved to the grey sheets was because no market makers entered quotes for three consecutive days. under rule 15c-211 that makes the form 211 on file to be voided. now of course the reason no quotes were entered was because the nyse deleted the ticker, but that's another story.

no, it won't. no market maker will sponsor a form 211 for a company that has ceased all operations and has no officers.
