#8613 RE: 236T568 #8612

You can't answer my question, can you?

STOY had 10% convertible notes before, they cleared all of their debts at the end of 2015.

This year, they have new convertible notes.

I will say toxic lenders are critical to any companies. AROPQ has also has been fighting to their former lender.

STOY needs to earn more positive reviews for their first product, Cloudpet.
They need to consider and improve from their previous mistake, which many customers complained about the toy was misleading by the TV ad.

So please give the example of the scam company's deep toxic discount convertible notes.

Thanks.

That is one thing that I know is that STOY did clear their old debts ( ALL OF THE CONVERTIBLE NOTES) at the end of 2015.
I see many scam companies don't pay their notes for very long term.. default default default...

236, if you see a company has convertible notes, will you see the company as a scam company? From all of your statement, I have seen the way in general.

I asked you before... What is the deep discount means to you?
I told you where I can compare to the other scam companies do the same? Give me the example.

I am writing this matter because I see Mark Mayer produced Cloudpet is a great toy, which has given lots of fun and tears with joy for a family whose husband or wife are deployed, or a family who is far away from their home because of their work.

Now I am waiting for my wiggy.
