No question that the Translock-hasn't entered anything
Where is the 8K for the material event announcing major licensing deals for the patent? There is no Translock entering into the container shipping market. No one is building them. No one has seeked to get a license to build em from DDCC.
DDCC although delinqent in its recent SEC filings is still obligated to file an 8K for a material event. It isn't like the non-registered pinky, where nothing is required, and anything can be claimed in a PR or otherwise.
Of course DDCC hasn't been too forthcoming with 8Ks in general. Not a problem if management intends to never file again, and just sort of disappear. SEC gets around to delisting in 2 yrs, and SHs are instantly screwed. So much for the Translock dream.
