I just said that this is a hold for me, not a sell, and if I owned none, then I would buy a small amount. I said nothing about selling. I always announce what I do on the respective board (but not always in advance). I don't have a target yet on CRTL.

Also, they are up to date with their filings as of their last quarter (end July) which was posted last week:

They are an "Alternative Reporter" so there is no need for a 10-Q or likewise, as they are unaudited.
