I imagine most if not all of the additional shares were done through a private placement or were for new mgmt (Brian Lauzon). Highly doubt a signicant amount if any was diluted on the open market. Once again, there has not been any real spikes in volume. Just my opinion, please let me know you alls thoughts.

Possibly, but we don't know for sure. Shorts always seem to know when dilution is occurring and they know it's a sure bet to capitalize on it.

Considering they keep saying that no investors are untested until the fins are audited and finalized.... Why would shares be issued before then.
