Hey Dingo - I'm long on this and have read yours amongst others commentary on this ticker over time. Just want to say thank you to you and the others for providing insightful information. I am hopeful rates remain unchanged tomorrow and for the remainder of the year, however, if they decide to increase the rates tomorrow, how do you envision this will affect the PPS tomorrow and over the next month or two?
