This seems a little grandiose, mf. Are you saying this one facility will shut down all others who make the attempt at cultivation, and drive the market value of all weed sold in Nevada?
I'm not sure of sovereign laws, but trade usually doesn't leave the nation land, at least not in the conventional way.
