You have no basis in fact to conclude the relationship is "100% in tact (sic)." That NR was over three months ago, yet not one iota more information has been provided. The lease never incepted, so the company doesn't have to report anything if KMI hits the exit. Well, at least until the quarterly report (Armageddon).
