sure, happens a bunch and usually under the smoke screen of a gagged TA. TA is not gagged here. Like the openness and continued in the update today where they acknowledge conversions. Would be nice to see the impact of the below on the balance sheet especially since the CEO seems to hold a bunch of the debt himself

Clean up balance sheet – We re-negotiated some of the debt and converted other portions. We have sold some of the unused warehouse equipment, other long-lived assets and obsolete inventory.
