Where did you hear all this stuff? Everything with this one is pure speculation at this point. The official channels including the regulatory SEC remain mute to the issue and the company is not in any fraude investigation list. i did call and send and email to the regulating and investigating office with no answer back. anyway i got more important stuff that this called cannabis and lithium to be worry about low priced gas value companies

That is very interesting, last info I got was a formal submission to the SEC validating the last buyout offer.
