Well, that's a slap in shareholders' faces. Janice and I talked about this situation. We both know that concessions have usually been made for halted Exchange stocks that are eventually delisted to the OTC, not to the Grey Market. Without those concessions technically ALL Exchange listed stocks that are halted longer than 3 market days should be sent to the Grey Market, but most are put on the OTC with Market Maker representation.

I have a hunch that the resignation of the entire Board of Directors, turning over complete control of the company to the Chapter 7 Trustee, was a factor in putting ESINQ on the Grey Market.
