I'm watching for them to report once they're under 5% or at 0. They've provided funding for Actinium but I'd like to see a more solid advance by institutional investors. Possibly in the October/November reporting. Keep tabs on the form 4's and 13's. Once Sloan lets up on the selling (or runs out of shares) it'll make it much easier to move on up. Or we get excellent news and the volume takes them out.
Institutional, not impressive but the pipeline warrants more positioning now into early 2017 imo.
