Yes and this is exactly what I was afraid of. Guys like this behind the scenes pulling the strings. I have, in my mind, chalked this up as a total loss :(. It was my understanding there would be new information out by now...of course there isnt. Totally par for the course here. Sad because you an almost clean shell. Although they did say in a previous pr they were going to clean up their debt and...of course they never have. I give up.
