A 1 for 20 reverse split would get the stock to 6 bucks a share, a high enough price to get listed on the NYSE.

But if you as a shareholder had 10,000 shares, you would only have 500 after the split.

This stock really needs to trade higher than a dollar so they could do a 1 for 6, which would be more palatable to most shareholders. But that will never happen!
