We are probably waiting for September 26th which is the final date by which CEPSA must decide if they are moving on to the next exploration phase or not. They were supposed to inform Kenya a month before that date but there is no indication they did that. If that date passes with no news I know of no other deadline date.

We also know that September 30th is ERHCs fiscal year end. That means the 10K won't be due for 90 days after that date which would take us all the way to December 29. No telling what we will or won't know before or after that date but that is the next required disclosure date. Seems like a long wait to me.
