But what about situations where it is a total unmitigated disaster?

Sometimes there is only one side - the toilet.

Seriously where is the "good news"? The company is hopelessly in debt (IMHO) and may be out of cash in a matter of literally days.

Without a bailout, that may not even come, I would not at all be surprised to see a bankruptcy filing or a managed liquidation on behalf of the bank and to a lesser extent Cyrus.

Sometimes there are no positives.
