I think I should have explained more clearly. While the lower oil prices really hurt, other companies have different models.
Most are trying to service top tier countries with expensive systems costing over 30k or leasing them or using tax credits for big projects etc. Some are manufacturers of their solar cells as well whose prices keep dropping.
Windstream makes some parts but purchases things which keep going down in price. They attempt to service no grid areas and people looking for a low cost solution. I think it is a different market.
No matter what the case, we do not know much since the financials are late. It would have been nice to see how last year closed out and what was happening this year, but I do think within 6 months we will know something.
