The details are that EVTI let their status fall from "OTCQB", down to "Pink Current"...

then even lower to "Pink Limited"...

and soon to get a stop sign and "Pink No Information" which is saved for dark/defunct companies.

EVTI also has No bid and a gagged TA, it's merely a serial P&D offender.
