Nonsense. Some derelict PFSD insider deciding to put up a sizable block for sale at a particular price does not mean some sort of mysterious "wall" has been created. The fact is,the insider decided to sell because the insider knows full well the PPS is going lower. There is no need to romanticize or mystify it with some wholly made up name. A dump is a dump is a dump.
