Genecarm, Glenn did release news on the 8th of this month concerning progress in the RICO case. XA is sustaining itself and if you recall they were at Coachella earlier this summer. Glenn's focus has been on Good Gaming which appears to be making progress in their membership population, tournament plays and gaining momentum in bringing on new sponsors. This has all been achieved with next to nothing in financing. I'm personally amazed that our investment is still intact and no doors have been closed. Glenn has not taken any vow of silence, matter of fact you're more then welcome to give him a call. His number has been publicly presented on all recent news releases. He just does not believe in communicating when there's not much to report on. CMG will eventually get current with the SEC. You can refer to this message as 'second hand' information but at least I do speak with him often enough to know he's not sitting on his ass waiting for the lawsuit to come to fruition.
