There a multiple reasons. Stigma of being a Canadian pump and dump. Becoming a fully reporting compliant company. Getting it out of hands of former insiders who did not do right by shareholders. This was a grossly mismanaged company until Smith took over. Besides he lives in West Virginia and Florida there is 0 reason to be in Canada.
