Well, legalese or not, there seem to be some very confused private placement investors that interpreted their solicitation to mean that drilling would occur after $150K was raised (from the private placements). It shouldn't take a legal opinion to understand a solicitation.
The essential stuff taken care of? "Essential stuff" will keep cropping up, and I can't imagine anybody buying another PP unit.
