No excuse to mislead? I beg to differ. I think there was every attempt to mislead. Some folks firmly believe that drilling would occur after $150K was raised - based on that confidential solicitation which clearly stated that was the case. Other folks believe drilling will only happen after $2 million is raised. That is a huge difference in "beliefs", and something the company has done little to explain or clarify. They don't care what you believe as long as they can keep the lights on.
