That makes no sense....the only diff is one guy killed someone and the other guy got very very lucky and didn't most ppl who kill someone got lucky an average of over 50 times when they made it home safe, just not that time. I support it there are over 300,000 in use across the US, there is pending federal legislation that should quadruple those numbers and is very big in parts of Europe where they are mandatory for all vehicles transporting ppl.

A guilty verdict for a six-time DUI offender, but this time Luis Moreno took the life of a mother of eight. Moreno hung his head as the verdict in his two-week-long trial was read. The 51-year-old was found guilty on all charges including the murder of Blia Vang and felony DUI-- his sixth DUI conviction.

Moreno was also found guilty of causing great bodily injury to the passenger in the car he crashed into that night back in May 2013 not far from Table Mountain. With a blood alcohol level of .36 Moreno crashed into another car carrying Vang and her husband Yee Her.
