Sucks, brah, butt that's life in the negative expectancy game of pennystocks. Toxic CONvertible debt is always a No-Go zone - no matter what the amount they 'disclose' it to be.
So there's good news and badd news. The good news is that once the new RS shares CUSIP is assigned and the shares are being exchanged, they will reset the price higher (even adjusted for split) and the split-adjusted volume will be higher than normal. The bad news is that is because the volume will be the CONverters converting in dribs and drabs week-after-week and dumping into the market, whacking the bids and running the PPS back into the dirt after the initial price reset and once the 'old' shareholders finally gett their new CUSIP shares in their accounts and are free to sell.
So there's that.
